Had ficus tree roots get into pipes that lead out to sewer and needed some help. Marco and his assistant came by and diagnosed the issue. Camera view confirmed the roots had indeed grown into the sewer 4" pipe causing the water back up. Excellent communication throughout the process. Being able to view blocked pipe with their camera equipment provided great insight. If you want an honest and courteous company working on your drain clearing needs, then Marco (Clean Out Plumbing & Rooter) is your guy. Thanks!

Marco came out to our house to do a sewer line inspection for us. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to do the inspection rather quickly and go over the results. At no time did I feel rushed or pressure. I would definitely reach out to Marco and his team for any future plumbing needs.

I spoke with Marco on the phone and I explained how we had a backed up kitchen drain. He was very helpful and set up an appointment to come out that afternoon. 

Marco explained the drainage problem we were having and provided a live video to show the blockage. He explained our options and took care of the problem that afternoon.

Marco was a huge help on the phone setting up a service call for my backed-up shower drain. Chris and his crew showed about an hour later and quickly fixed the problem, and at the estimated (and reasonable) price. Chris was very knowledgeable and we discussed future plumbing issues that might need to be addressed in my c. 1949 home.
